In our day to day walk in faith, we encounter many different aspects of life, rather it be family, jobs, bills, kids etc. Most of the things in our daily walk in life, it can be said that these are things that we all face on a regular. But how many of us consider the homeless, the poor or simply those that are less fortunate? Well, a question was asked of Jesus "What good thing shall I do that i may have eternal life? (Matthew 19: 16-21) In short keep the commandments. In another place Jesus said: "if ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love and this is my commandment that ye love one another (St. John 15: 19-14). Jesus also teaches us to go ye into the world and preach the gospel to every creature (Mark 16:15) for we know that the lord tells us that we shall always have the poor with us (Mark 14:7). Now every man as he purposed in his heart, so let him give, cause the Lord loveth a cheerful giver (2 Cor. 9:6-10).
Another question was asked of Jesus, "Master which is the great commandment in the Law?
Jesus replied Love the Lord thy God with all thy soul and mind and love thy neighbor as thyself on these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets (Matthew 22:34-40). Finally, this ministry's mission is to keep the commandments (Exodus 20:1-17) for all the law is fulfilled in one word even in this: Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thy self. (Galatians 5:13-19)
